From the time you turn on the machine and put mix in to the time you have ice cream is about 10-15 minutes. We recommend setting up about 30-60 minutes before the event so you can contact us with any questions before the event starts.

No, we do not supply anything but the machine and a rolling cart for it to set on. We will order the ice cream mix for you to Fareway for you to pickup and pay them directly.

No, we do all of the deep cleaning of the machine. The only thing we ask is for you to rinse out the machine with water and make sure all of the mix is out of the machine before returning.

We are flexible on this so it can work for you, especially during busy season. On weekends, we usually do pick-ups between 8-10AM the morning of the event, and returns all afternoon and later in the evening if needed.
